✦ Commission Guidelines ✦

  • Will draw: OCs, Fanart, Violence/Gore, Monsters, Furry/Anthro, Character design, Outfit design

  • Won't draw: Porn/Fetish, Mecha, Real people

  • If you are commissioning artwork of an OC, please gather up reference of your character

  • If you have no drawings of the OC and only provide limited descriptions but are not seeking a character design commission, you will have to accept whatever I come up with in the drafting stage

  • Final price of the commission is subject to change depending on the complexity

  • WIPs are frequently sent during the commission process. Corrections and adjustments are made during these stages. There will be one final check-in when the commission is complete and no further changes will be made after that

  • Corrections to the commission after the final payment will be chargable. The cost of which will depend on how intense/complex the correction wanted is

  • Estimated time of completion will range from 1 to 3 months (from draft confirmation) depending on the scope of the commission. Any delays will be immediately communicated

  • Art is not my full time employment, therefore commission progress may vary from project to project

  • All prices are in USD

  • Payment through Paypal/Ko-fi/Paynow/Paylah only

  • If paying via Paypal, Paypal tax will be included in the total

  • 50% of the cost is to be paid after the draft is confirmed. The last 50% will be paid after completion of the work

  • No refunds once the drafts have been confirmed

✦ As the artist, I have the right to: ✦

  • Turn down your commission request

  • The copyright ownership of the artwork

  • Post WIPs, the finished piece, as well as speedpaint recordings of the commissioned work to my social medias/websites/portfolio (the client may request to remain anonymous in my social media posts)

✦ As the client, you are: ✦

  • Not allowed to use the commissioned work for commercial use/profit (unless commissioned for commercial use)

  • Not allowed to use the commissioned art for AI training/generation or for NFTs

  • Not allowed to use WIPs I send to you for any purposes at all (e.g. taking the WIP to another artist to complete)

  • Allowed to use the commissioned art for personal use

  • Allowed to post the commissioned art on your social media/website with proper credit

  • Commission type (e.g. rendered headshot, etc.)

  • References of the desired character/your OC

  • Feel free to include brief lore/written descriptions of the character/OC

  • Description of what you would like (e.g. atmosphere, character's emotion, etc.) or if you'd like to give me creative freedom
